Rhonda B. Coe is a multifaceted leader whose work spans real estate development, ministry, and media. She is the President of R.B. Coe Consulting, LLC, a real estate finance and development firm that provides strategic guidance to nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and private developers in the planning and monitoring of affordable housing. A seasoned real estate investor and developer with over 25 years of experience, she has led the creation of housing projects and neighborhood revitalization efforts across New Jersey.

In 2019, Rhonda expanded her reach by founding R.B. Coe Ministries (RBCM), a nonprofit organization committed to restoring dignity and purpose through faith, healing, and practical services. Its affiliate, IMPACT, offers mental health services, youth mentorship, and housing-related support, and leads mission work in Kenya, Africa.

A gifted communicator, Rhonda is the host of R.B.’s Kitchen, a bold and faith-rooted podcast that tackles relationships, mental wellness, identity, and spiritual growth. Her voice is raw, redemptive, and unapologetically authentic, challenging norms and empowering her audience to live courageously and truthfully.

She is a licensed real estate professional and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Ordained as an Elder in 2015, she has served in ministry since the age of 12 in roles ranging from worship leader to church administrator. She is a sought-after speaker, workshop facilitator, and conference coordinator known for her biblical depth and community insight.

Rhonda holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rider University and a Master’s in Bible from Cairn University. She resides in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, and is the proud mother of two sons, Michael Anthony and Matthew Kyle.
